The ladies in the maintenance shop were very helpful in getting my car to the right person and getting it fixed . Also they were able to assist in getting me a courtesy ride while I waited for my car. The technician done a great job and explained all work afterwards.

Bought a car there in March staff was so friendly, but didnt get the extended warranty because I wanted to make sure could afford a 4 to $500 monthly payment which would include extended warranty. Went back in June to get warranty and was told first due to mileage over 100,000 couldn't get one then was offered one but it was going to be almost $3,000 upfront. Moral of story ALWAYS GET YOUR WARRANTY THE FIRST TIME.

I got an email about service needed and was about to schedule online which was nice. When my car needed a part that wouldn't be in until hours later, they had someone who worked there drive me home so I didn't need to wait there. He offered to pick me up later when the work was done also. He and everyone there was very friendly.

My family and I were in a head on car accident a few days ago, the Buick we had bought from here took a major accident and we all walked away with minor injuries. We immediately went back and within 24 hours left the dealership with a new vehicle. They helped with the insurance and gave us step by step instructions on how to move forward. Stopped to have brake work done...the guy looked at it and said it was fine. (I knew it wasnt). Took them an hour to take the wheel off...then charged me 60$ for it...and told me itd cost 315$ to change the caliper....I went to autozone, 55$ caliper and did it myself....will not ever be returning to this location

The worst every ....the service manager was very rude and very unprofessional...she even got an attitude with my 17 year old son...now he was upset because is car was not right and still under factory warranty and she told gm that she would not repair it...but my son at no time did anything disrespectful towards her he was just upset ...but she took it upon her self to be disrespectful to him...just very rude and very bad attitude...I would recommend taking your business to McCurry -Deck as long as she is there working ..Its a little further to drive but at least they will treat you properly and take care of the issue that is under factor warranty with no issues ...trust me its worth the drive ...it will take a little more of your time but you will be very well taken care of..and so much happier with the results....I would give them a minus 5 stars but that's not a option ...Steve should reevaluate his staff before he loses all his business to his competitors ..

I am much more pleased with my most recent, April 13th, experience. Each of my requests were handled in a responsible and professional manor. In December of 2018, I requested and paid for a tire rotation; however, once I got home, I realized this was not completed. Therefore, this past experience, on Saturday, was much more pleasant!

I get extremely emotional when I think of how Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick takes care of their Customers. I have been a customer with Jim Cook for nearly 9 years. I purchased my Hummer from Jim Cook Used in 2009. When I have issues with my vehicle they go up and above to get my vehicle in and worked on and they would get you put in a loaner car. When I call and tell them that I really need to get my vehicle in and they are booked they go up and above to get it fitted into their scheduling as well as mine. I am a strong supportive of this dealership and I stand behind them as they provide customer Service to their customers. Cynthia and The Service Team are #1 she has a very strong southern slang but its very comforting and welcoming and just make you want to hug her and squeeze her tight. I just love her. Please trust me when I say just stop on in and see them for yourself, I promise that you will get that Satisfactory Guaranteed. If I was able to give them more star ratings I will I drive about 75 miles to get to Marion and I have no regrets. I have sent several people to Jim Cook and they love them too.
