The ladies in the maintenance shop were very helpful in getting my car to the right person and getting it fixed . Also they were able to assist in getting me a courtesy ride while I waited for my car. The technician done a great job and explained all work afterwards.

Halfway home my car started overheating. My coolant was low and after adding water it was still overheating. I managed to make it to this Chevy place at 5pm yesterday, having never been there before. In an hour, they had me back on the road. My radiator hose had a crack. They didn't have the correct size tubes, but were able to clamp new ones down to get me home. I had my dogs with me, they let us in the waiting room with them and offered them water and a lot of attention in all of their apprehension. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough.

Fast and friendly service each time I visit. I highly recommend this dealership! Just bought a GMC Canyon. The staff and Steve Dierhold made it happen!!! Such good service, caring and efficient going above and beyond! Everyone should buy their cars from Jim Cook Chevrolet and GMC.
