Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one thing that has upset me is the fact that the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. You pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle and then you're informed if you want an owner's manual you need to pay $80. I do not want to have to go to my cell phone to learn how to operate my new vehicle. If I had known this I would not have purchased the vehicle.

Lost my keys to my Pontiac, went to jim cook, ask them could they cut me a key for my vehicle, the friendly employees looked it up! Fast friendly service had me in and out 20 mins tops with instructions on how to program the key riding every since

The issue was repaired. There was some kind of ring left on the drivers seat. It looked almost like a coffee cup ring. What ever was set on the seat left a ring that was cleanable.

I was greeted and asked who I was in very friendly way. She knew I was there to get my heater check. She showed me to the lounge area to wait. My wait was not too bad. I hate to keep saying she, but I cannot remember her name. But she came and told me they were finished in a very pleasant way. I went to the window to pay, and they were very pleasant as well. I am satisfied with the heat that now comes out of my heater when I turn the fan on.
