Stopped to have brake work done...the guy looked at it and said it was fine. (I knew it wasnt). Took them an hour to take the wheel off...then charged me 60$ for it...and told me itd cost 315$ to change the caliper....I went to autozone, 55$ caliper and did it myself....will not ever be returning to this location

Hello, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that your visit with us was anything less than satisfactory however you were informed when you arrived (without an appointment) that it was going to take a little time to work you in. We charged you for the time spent diagnosing your problem. We cannot compete with do-it-yourself prices as we have highly-trained & compensated technicians & we back our work up 100%. At no time did anyone tell you the problem that you had was "fine."

Jim Cook's is a clean facility with a great selection of vehicles. A staff member named Jeremy was so courteous as to reach out to us immediately after a visit we paid where things didn't go for us ( my husband and myself ) as we'd planned. Jeremy spoke with me about what may have happened and extended courtesy on our behalf in order to resolve our issues. He wanted to help us find what we were looking for. I'd say Jim Cook's is an honest and hard-working business who care about their customers and are willing to go beyond the standard level of customer service to provide their best.
