Brian was an absolute life safer! My daughter and I was traveling for thanksgiving when we had some car trouble, and Brian was there to save the day and get us through the holiday with a loaner! When we buy our next vehicles, even though they are a few hours from us, we will definelty keep them in mind!

Drove around 10 hours to check out a car (5 there and 5 back) and it was completely worth it. I test drove the car and checked it all out without any pressure. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features. I ended up buying the car and the price was exactly as mentioned. There was no fake fees or anything of the sort, just good honest people trying to sell cars.

Well we purchased a new Denali this year and it needed its first service this week so we went by to get it serviced were we bought it Jim cook and was told it would be next week b4 they could do it well that's not what we were told when we bought a 50000 dollar suv so wished we went somewhere else to buy we wanted local but it seems it would be better to drive out of town!! Very disappointed!!!

Although I was ultimately unable to purchase a vehicle here, I was extremely impressed with the service Amy Rodriguez provided. She worked tirelessly to get me the best possible price and deal on the car I test drove. At NO point was Amy pushy or even suggestive. She allowed the vehicle to sell itself and established that she was there to help me find the right car for me! I truly appreciated her approach and will return in the future for sure. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would HIGHLY suggest you go see Amy for one!!

Halfway home my car started overheating. My coolant was low and after adding water it was still overheating. I managed to make it to this Chevy place at 5pm yesterday, having never been there before. In an hour, they had me back on the road. My radiator hose had a crack. They didn't have the correct size tubes, but were able to clamp new ones down to get me home. I had my dogs with me, they let us in the waiting room with them and offered them water and a lot of attention in all of their apprehension. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough.

We broke down on our way to Asheville. We had our truck towed here over the weekend. The looked at it on Monday and made the initial diagnosis that the transfer case needed to be replaced but it took them til Friday to actually replace the transfer case. When they went to replace the transfer case they found another problem with the transmission but couldn't get it looked at until Monday. On the 2nd Friday that they'd had the car (2 full weeks now) they told me it still wouldn't be done until the following week. I asked what needed to be done and they said they still had to install the transfer case and the drive shaft. Only an hour later I called back and they said the parts were back in the vehicle but they still wouldn't get the car to me until Monday. There was still a couple hours left before they closed and all they had to do was put some fluid in and test drive it but they wouldn't give me the car back til Monday. Only after I demanded my car back and showed up in person did they get the work done. Jim Cook's knew I was broke down and did not care about the customer at all. They are incredibly slow and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Jim Cook's to anyone.

Took our 2007 Suburban to Jim Cooks. The check engine light was on and lost power. The man at service desk was extremely helpful and very nice. I explained that this was my only vehicle and could he help me out on getting it in and fixed. This was at 1:00 Thursday, at 10:30 Friday morning he called and said it was ready to go. And cost wasn't as bad as I thought. Would recommend Jim Cooks to anyone. Thanks Jim Cooks The Barrier family

Before purchasing, the dealership was helpful and easy to contact. I will say they were very pushy for me to buy the car that day when I explained twice that it was the first car I had test drove and felt more comfortable testing out other cars before I made a final decision. After they got my money, I realized what kind of people I was dealing with. I called the day after my purchase to try and get a copy of my service agreement because I was not able to find the copy given to me at the time of signing. I spoke with Chris and he continued to tell me that I have a copy. I had to ask three times if he would just send me another copy which he said he would put in the mail. Waited almost a month, then Megan contacted me asking me if I wanted my plate mailed to me. I told her that I did and also would like a copy of my service agreement that I still had yet to receive and she continues to tell me that I have a copy already. So a week goes by, my temporary tag expires, and I have not received my plate OR the copy of the service agreement. When I call the dealership to ask about it, I started explaining my situation to the general manager who cuts me off mid sentence to tell me that a salesperson had just walked in and she can't talk to two people at once so she would need to call me back. Well days go by, still no plates. Turns out it got lost in the mail because my address was written illegibly so USPS mixed up the address. The icing on the cake was when I went to get an oil change and was charged when I stated during the sigining of my contract that I would like oil changes included. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I definitely feel my lack of knowledge in purchasing cars was taken advantage of.

If your looking to buy a new car this is the best place to go.they don't have that many options for used cars which I think could really help their sales but if your looking for a brand new car at the best prices with amazing warranties this is the best place in nc to go I've been all over the state and this is the best place to go they have the friendliest people best deals and will help you as much as possible even after the vehicle is purchased they are very customer oriented

jim cook chevrolet has unprofessional service people in parts department...spent money on gas and time because they told me to come down anytime before 5 and they could help me...well when i get there at 3 they tell me the person went on vacation and no one else knows how to make a key ...you work in the parts department and dont know how to make a key?!?...absolutely horrible....not recommended at all!!

We had an unpleasant experience Saturday 5/11/13 with Jim Cook Chevrolet. After my friend told salesman Joey Greene that we were going to take the truck that he looked at a couple days earlier, Lloyd took the time to remove his bed cover on the truck he was trading in, clean out his truck, take it to the car wash....only to arrive in Marion and see they let someone test drive it and then they let "US" wait around till they made the deal with that other person. He was told the truck was still available and Joey knew he was coming in. It's all about money and I'm sure they made a better deal for themselves. It was absolutly the wrong thing to do as we were right there and had already made the deal for the truck. So if it happened to him it can happen to you. They are not reliable, not reputable, not true to their word...basically to hell with you if they can make a better deal for themselves. We will never go by there to try to trade with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
