Jim Cook's is a clean facility with a great selection of vehicles. A staff member named Jeremy was so courteous as to reach out to us immediately after a visit we paid where things didn't go for us ( my husband and myself ) as we'd planned. Jeremy spoke with me about what may have happened and extended courtesy on our behalf in order to resolve our issues. He wanted to help us find what we were looking for. I'd say Jim Cook's is an honest and hard-working business who care about their customers and are willing to go beyond the standard level of customer service to provide their best.

I brought my car here to fix because businesses in this town aren't good with trouble shooting what's wrong with your axels and why your car is going through rotors and shakes. My car now drives better than it did when I bought it. it was worth the money I spent to get it fixed considering what I put into my car at the other places. Marion tire, did not put a bolt back in my brake caliber and there is no way it could fall out because of how it is placed against the rotor and it messed my brand new rotor up. My husband called and told them about it and he was told that they couldn't prove it was their mistake, like it could come out on its own, not!!...Ummm that's why I'm bringing my car to Jim Cook for now on.

The issue was repaired. There was some kind of ring left on the drivers seat. It looked almost like a coffee cup ring. What ever was set on the seat left a ring that was cleanable.

Completely transparent on cost, value and basically everything in the process. Honored some pricing and such that I had no clue on and dealerships from my area would have burned me. That's why I went down the mtn to check them out. Just a good hometown style dealership. Highly recommend to just give them a try if you anywhere close to the location.

When the supposed honest army boy salesman there sales you a car and the cigarette/power out put doesn't work and the financing manager says it's not covered by the warranty but it wasn't working so much for them being honest a bunch of lying crooks and the army boy is supposed to be honest just a disgrace to his uniform do not buy a car go to the one in Morganton all they do is try their hardest to screw you over but the service dept especially the lady that works there is awesome she is helpful just don't buy anything from the army boy cause if he doesn't know anything about the cars he sales. Just shows what kind of soldier he was most likely not double checking equipment I wouldn't want to serve in a fix hole with someone like that
