Jim Cook's is a clean facility with a great selection of vehicles. A staff member named Jeremy was so courteous as to reach out to us immediately after a visit we paid where things didn't go for us ( my husband and myself ) as we'd planned. Jeremy spoke with me about what may have happened and extended courtesy on our behalf in order to resolve our issues. He wanted to help us find what we were looking for. I'd say Jim Cook's is an honest and hard-working business who care about their customers and are willing to go beyond the standard level of customer service to provide their best.

THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! This was the easiest and most laid back car purchase I've ever had. Our salesman, and manager was the kindest, and sweetest people ever!!! Told them what I wanted to keep my payment at and they some how got it way under my budget with an awesome interest rate. They WAS NOT pushy AT ALL like most are. I was looking for a used car but was able to drive home in a brand new Traverse cheaper than I could a used car. Im telling yall if you want a fast, easy, laid back and best people to get you in your dream car, then you need to go see Evan And Mark at Jim Cooks Chevrolet. I promise you won't be sorry!!! I’ve had nothing but the best experience at Jim Cook. I traded my previous vehicle for my very first GMC and my salesman Gary was wonderful. I had an issue a few months after I purchased the vehicle and even though they didn’t need to do anything about it (outside of warranty) the service manager Landon went out of his way to take the best care of me and the entire situation. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Truly an incredible and trustworthy team. Great prompt communication. Drove over from Knoxville. They had no problem with me getting the truck checked out by a mechanic in Asheville before purchasing. Buying process was easy. Truck was clean and in fantastic shape. I would absolutely drive 3 hours to buy from them again. Full endorsement.
