It was probably the easiest car/ truck buying experience that I have ever had. Initial test drive was courteous and low pressure. I negotiated price mainly over the phone, and Jim Cook held to our agreed upon offer; no surprises. The staff was incredible friendly in a very authentic way. This place truly has a family feel. Getting approved for financing, setting up my insurance coverage on the new truck, and signing all of the paperwork with finance took only about an hour-and-a-half, which is pretty remarkable in my experience. I received a great deal on my new truck and an experience that didn’t leave my head spinning. The included 10yr/ 100,000 mile Powertrain warranty was icing on the cake.
