I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before, and I am so glad that my first dealership experience was with Jim Cook Chevrolet. I cannot say enough about the genuineness of the salesman, the finance manager, as well as the general manager. I never felt like I was being sold anything, but that I was being dealt with as a person. I understand that business is business; however, I was struck with the humanity with which these fine folks conduct their business, from working with me to get me the payment I wanted, to ensuring I had the best interest rate I could possibly get. I bought a 2021 Silverado High Country from another dealership, have had many, many issues with it since. The service dept. at the original dealer was less than helpful (to put it mildly) to try and resolve the issues. Having had a previous Chevy vehicle serviced at Jim Cook I decided to bring the truck in for them to try and diagnose / resolve. I am so thankful for these people!! Landon is my service manager, he went above and beyond to chase down what the issues were, including bringing in someone in from GM to drive and troubleshoot. They were in touch frequently and explained every step along the way. The shop is a busy one (understandably!!) but they worked tirelessly on my truck, I left there with great peace of mind. I can truly & honestly say, they have a customer for life after such a pleasant experience. I was a fool for not buying my truck from these wonderful people to begin with! Thank you again & again to Landon & the rest of the service team!

I wanna tell yaul If you’re wanting to car shop this is the place to go. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier and nicer experience when buying a vehicle before. We bought a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and worked with Ian. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t push us into the deal like most salesmen. It has been 86 days since my GMC was dropped off at Jim Cook for repair. Update: Our GMC has been with Jim Cooks for 119 days as of today. The part to fix our vehicle is still not being manufactured, so there is still no estimated time as to when we will be getting our GMC fixed :( We have updated our review to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ solely due to the efforts the folks at Jim Cooks are making to accommodate our needs while we continue to wait on the unknown ETA for a part to fix our GMC.
