I was informed the engine had a bent push rod, and it was replaced. When I asked what bent the push rod I was told they found a letter that said check for a bent rod, if bent replace it. This is not an exceptable answer, as a push rod doesn't just become bent. I'm not confident in this repair and have decided to look to trade this truck in at another dealership.

Just bought a new 2021 Silverado 2500 HD. The whole buying process could not have gone any easier. I usually deal with Bill Gatton of Bristol, TN but, not anymore. The good people at Jim Cook Chevrolet, namely Leah and Allen made the difference! The whole process was extremely transparent and as other people have said, honest with no surprises. Leah had everything ready and when it came time to sign the Financials, Allen had us a better rate than originally quoted, from 3.29% to 1.79% for 72 months!!!
