We broke down on our way to Asheville. We had our truck towed here over the weekend. The looked at it on Monday and made the initial diagnosis that the transfer case needed to be replaced but it took them til Friday to actually replace the transfer case. When they went to replace the transfer case they found another problem with the transmission but couldn't get it looked at until Monday. On the 2nd Friday that they'd had the car (2 full weeks now) they told me it still wouldn't be done until the following week. I asked what needed to be done and they said they still had to install the transfer case and the drive shaft. Only an hour later I called back and they said the parts were back in the vehicle but they still wouldn't get the car to me until Monday. There was still a couple hours left before they closed and all they had to do was put some fluid in and test drive it but they wouldn't give me the car back til Monday. Only after I demanded my car back and showed up in person did they get the work done. Jim Cook's knew I was broke down and did not care about the customer at all. They are incredibly slow and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend Jim Cook's to anyone.

I reached out to Jeremy after getting the run around from another dealership and was shocked that Jeremy priced the same vehicle extremely close to the other dealer. The catch... Jeremy's vehicle was brand new and the other truck was a year older used truck with 18k miles. The entire process was easy and smooth. He priced the truck to sell it and not put his kids through college on this one deal. I personally don't enjoy the haggle and hassle of buying a vehicle, but Jeremy & Jim Cook Chevrolet made the process extremely easy and smooth. I would highly recommend reaching out to him for your future vehicle needs!

Gary was super helpful throughout the entire process. I knew going in to the buying process that 2021 trucks were hard to come by, and it just worked out that they got some in right before I showed up. Definitely recommend shopping from a small town dealer and if you use Jim Cook, I highly recommend asking for Gary. Will definitely buy from them again in the future if I have a chance.
