We had the best experience! Gary McNeely is a true professional as he went over and above the call of duty. I flew into the Asheville airport early morning August 5 and Gary was there to pick me up. He even offered to have someone pick me up at my house some 300 miles away if necessary. We went to the dealership and everything went smooth with the entire staff. I would highly recommend this dealership for any new or used vehicles. I honestly feel like there will be service after the sale with this dealership. My husband and I were camping in Marion the first part of September and, unfortunately, had a problem with our Chevrolet Silverado truck. We were referred to Jim Cook Chevrolet and we cannot say enough about the excellent staff and service that we received that day (9-9-2020). Our problem was a bit worse than first anticipated, but the service staff and receptionists all stayed an extra hour after closing to accommodate us since we had no family or friends to come pick us up and bring us back the following morning once the job was complete. We definitely would go back to Jim Cook’s at any time we are in the Marion, NC area if we are having vehicle issues.... they were amazing!!!

My husband brought the car in for an oil change. I wanted to use my rewards to pay for some of it and i couldn't find my member number. They would not look it up! Too busy?!! This aggitated me very much!!
