We had the best experience! Gary McNeely is a true professional as he went over and above the call of duty. I flew into the Asheville airport early morning August 5 and Gary was there to pick me up. He even offered to have someone pick me up at my house some 300 miles away if necessary. We went to the dealership and everything went smooth with the entire staff. I would highly recommend this dealership for any new or used vehicles. I honestly feel like there will be service after the sale with this dealership. Thanks again for the service, hospitality & friendship!

The guy was awesome he worked us in as soon as he could which was really fast ,because some how our appointment hadn't made it in the system and i was gonna have to reschedule ,Great group of people there have dealt with them since 2012

This is the second vehicle I have purchased here in the past year. This dealership gives you the small town 100 percent customer service oriented experience that I wanted. This is something that is missing from most of the large dealerships. My sales person Gary is a template for how all sales associates need to be. He is calm, doesn't apply pressure, and feels like he wants to make the purchase experience favorable at every step. This was the primary reason I skipped all the dealerships close to me and drove 75 minutes to Jim Cook.

I was there to have 2 new tires put on the front of my car. My appointment was at 8:00 am and it took 1 hour to do this. To me, this should not have taken an hour.

The small town dealership vibe is what drew me here to look at trucks. I've been to other dealers the last couple weeks with literally hundreds of vehicles but you never see the same sales person twice. Gary was extremely patient and knowledgeable and Jeremy was helpful and willing to work with me to get me into the truck I wanted. Everyone was super friendly but also no-nonsense and quick with the deal, I like that. Highly recommend this place!

Gary was super helpful throughout the entire process. I knew going in to the buying process that 2021 trucks were hard to come by, and it just worked out that they got some in right before I showed up. Definitely recommend shopping from a small town dealer and if you use Jim Cook, I highly recommend asking for Gary. Will definitely buy from them again in the future if I have a chance.

Parts not readily available. Scheduled Oil Change and dealership failed to make sure all the needed parts to perform the Job were on Hand. This caused delay and getting the vehicle back in a timely manner

I was informed the engine had a bent push rod, and it was replaced. When I asked what bent the push rod I was told they found a letter that said check for a bent rod, if bent replace it. This is not an exceptable answer, as a push rod doesn't just become bent. I'm not confident in this repair and have decided to look to trade this truck in at another dealership.

Just bought a new 2021 Silverado 2500 HD. The whole buying process could not have gone any easier. I usually deal with Bill Gatton of Bristol, TN but, not anymore. The good people at Jim Cook Chevrolet, namely Leah and Allen made the difference! The whole process was extremely transparent and as other people have said, honest with no surprises. Leah had everything ready and when it came time to sign the Financials, Allen had us a better rate than originally quoted, from 3.29% to 1.79% for 72 months!!! So, if ya want that new 2500 HD like I did, go with Leah and Allen of Jim Cook Chevrolet in Marion, N.C.
