Halfway home my car started overheating. My coolant was low and after adding water it was still overheating. I managed to make it to this Chevy place at 5pm yesterday, having never been there before. In an hour, they had me back on the road. My radiator hose had a crack. They didn't have the correct size tubes, but were able to clamp new ones down to get me home. I had my dogs with me, they let us in the waiting room with them and offered them water and a lot of attention in all of their apprehension. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Evan Johnston, Sales Consultant with Jim Cook. I found the perfect F-350 online, and Even was the perfect consultant to work with. Evan was respectful of my time, was a man of his word, and even delivered my new truck to me in Charlotte, a couple hours east of their location. When I go to expand my fleet, Evan/Jim Cook will be my first call!
