I had an excellent experience at Jim Cook Chevrolet. After searching nationwide, they had the exact 2025 Tahoe Z71 I was looking for. My sales representative, Ian, was attentive and knowledgeable, providing all the necessary information upfront. In finance, Jeremy was clear and straightforward, no pressure, explaining my interest rate, payments, and the extended warranty options. I was confident in my decision and ended up purchasing the vehicle the same day, including a 5-year/100,000 mile extended warranty. I will return for my next Tahoe purchase and highly recommend this dealership to others!

Our Equinox EV is a beautiful car with lots of functionality, a competitive electric range, and an intuitive computer interface. It is very exciting to work with a car dealership whose employees care so much about their customers. Your sales team of Amy and Lea were amazing. They showed a great deal of care and respect for what I was looking for, the hours I was available, and budget. As a matter of fact, I had conversations with a different dealership, thinking the price at yours would be out of range for me....but because of Amy and Lea’s quick responses and overall personable approach, I discontinued those conversations and went to Jim Cook instead. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Chevrolet Spark ACTIV. Along with the great experience and efficiency in completing the transaction, I know Amy and Lea are going to follow up to ensure satisfaction. Great people and service. They are always willing to help you out. Stephen the service manager is one of a kind. I had issues with a leaf spring on a new AT4. After my initial visit and the tech finding out there was an issue. GM said no fix for it as of now. After calling and talking with Stephen he said they would replace that leaf spring on their cost if GM did not want to pay for it. I’m saying this because this is going above and beyond for the customer. This is what makes Jim Cooke such an awesome place. They actually put the customer first before anything else. If you want honest, upfront and professional people then deal with Jim Cooke.

We are on vacation and our truck broke down, we’re also pulling our fifth wheel! We were towed to dealership and was treated with nothing but kindness and concern. They worked very hard to fix the problem, in the meantime we found a truck we really liked and we purchased it. This was a terrible experience. I could write a short story on the mess this dealership put me in. I bought a new car in 2022 then traded in the same year for a bigger and cheaper car because my family size changed. I was lied to by the salesman the day I traded, lied to by both finance managers.Ill spare their names. I have brought my car into that dealership 37 times since September of 2023. I have been on the side of road needing a tow twice. I have a $30,000 car that half works. The owner will refuse to talk to customers no matter the need. I have escalated this higher. I would never recommend to purchase a vehicle through this dealer.

Out of every single dealership experience I have ever had across several states and years this one has been the best by far. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement of gargantuan proportions. The staff, Mr. Pruett in particular, were so helpful and were able to assist us with the vehicle issue we experienced even though we arrived close to closing time. The vehicle we got acquainted with was perfectly clean, and seemed to be in great condition mechanically. I cannot accurately put into words how great an experience this was, they literally made us feel like family they hadn't seen in a while and were overjoyed to help us out. If anyone is looking for a pleasant dealership experience look no further, even if you need to make a bit of a drive! Well worth the time to visit for sure, the kids loved the little play area they have set up while the adults talk business as well!

I was so undecided, they were very understanding. I was treated very nice. I have bought vehicle from this dealership before... As we went back and forth for price and trade in I was pleased that they did hear me. At the end I purchased a Trak.. So far I love it..like the color , like how it handles, over all.. I did compare engines with my sweet little Sonic..Sonic has 1.8L and Trax 1.2L.. wonder if that will make a difference?.. That little Sonic leaves people in the dust at a traffic lights.. really a wonderful little car.. I experienced a deal that I could manaage, that is a good feeling.
