We had the best experience! Gary McNeely is a true professional as he went over and above the call of duty. I flew into the Asheville airport early morning August 5 and Gary was there to pick me up. He even offered to have someone pick me up at my house some 300 miles away if necessary. We went to the dealership and everything went smooth with the entire staff. I would highly recommend this dealership for any new or used vehicles. I honestly feel like there will be service after the sale with this dealership. I got an email about service needed and was about to schedule online which was nice. When my car needed a part that wouldn't be in until hours later, they had someone who worked there drive me home so I didn't need to wait there. He offered to pick me up later when the work was done also. He and everyone there was very friendly.
