We had a great experience buying our 2026 GMC Acadia from both Courtney and Mark! We saw online that the Acadia was in-transit to Jim Cook Chevrolet. had made the appointment for 10:30am on 12/2/22 and we arrived at 10:31am. We were immediately greeted and taken care of. The guys had installed the roof rails to my 2023 GMC Yukon Denali in less than 25 minutes. One of the young men that installed it even talked us through how to slide them back and forth by unlocking them. Our experience could not have been any better.

THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! This was the easiest and most laid back car purchase I've ever had. Our salesman, and manager was the kindest, and sweetest people ever!!! Told them what I wanted to keep my payment at and they some how got it way under my budget with an awesome interest rate. They WAS NOT pushy AT ALL like most are. I was looking for a used car but was able to drive home in a brand new Traverse cheaper than I could a used car. Truck has less than 4000 miles. Let me repeat less than 4000 miles. Throttle sticks, cruise control don’t work. I think one might have to do with the other. Maybe not. But it is generous to drive. Lemon law

I reached out to Jeremy after getting the run around from another dealership and was shocked that Jeremy priced the same vehicle extremely close to the other dealer. The catch... Jeremy's vehicle was brand new and the other truck was a year older used truck with 18k miles. The entire process was easy and smooth. He priced the truck to sell it and not put his kids through college on this one deal. I personally don't enjoy the haggle and hassle of buying a vehicle, but Jeremy & Jim Cook Chevrolet made the process extremely easy and smooth. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one thing that has upset me is the fact that the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. You pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle and then you're informed if you want an owner's manual you need to pay $80. I do not want to have to go to my cell phone to learn how to operate my new vehicle. If I had known this I would not have purchased the vehicle.

Came in to get a truck from them that I found on their inventory list online. Everyone was friendly and professional. The general sales manager (Mark), and I got along immediately as having both served in the armed forces. Our sales person (Courtney) put the deal together for us with no problems. Financing went smoothly and had top tier percentage rates offered. Everything went well and we left in the new truck. My brother was with us and he also looked at another truck and returned the next morning and traded from his Subaru Outback into a 1500 Chevy Z71. So, we as a family picked up two vehicles over a weekend from this good group of people.

Great experience that could only be improved by reducing the amount of "car dealer" conversation that has to be negotiated before the actual negotiations can begin. Sadly, this is just the price of admission I think. After spending the last 32 years in the car business, you would think I would be immune but, alas, it is what it is. That said, the care that the team at Jim Cook showed during the rest of the purchase process was great. We were able to come to numbers fairly quickly and I drove away with a deal that I am satisfied with. When my lease is up, I'll be contacting this dealership again should I be looking for another GM vehicle.
