Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one thing that has upset me is the fact that the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. You pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle and then you're informed if you want an owner's manual you need to pay $80. I do not want to have to go to my cell phone to learn how to operate my new vehicle. If I had known this I would not have purchased the vehicle.

Had a very odd situation with a car recently, and the service at Jim Cook was phenomenal. I’ve had terrible dealings with another local dealer, so I wanted to give another service center a try, and I’m glad I did. Landon and Mike kept me in the loop about my repair, and the rest of the service team had me back in my car sooner than I thought. I’ll be giving them my business in the future.

Although I was ultimately unable to purchase a vehicle here, I was extremely impressed with the service Amy Rodriguez provided. She worked tirelessly to get me the best possible price and deal on the car I test drove. At NO point was Amy pushy or even suggestive. She allowed the vehicle to sell itself and established that she was there to help me find the right car for me! I truly appreciated her approach and will return in the future for sure. If your looking to buy a new car this is the best place to go.they don't have that many options for used cars which I think could really help their sales but if your looking for a brand new car at the best prices with amazing warranties this is the best place in nc to go I've been all over the state and this is the best place to go they have the friendliest people best deals and will help you as much as possible even after the vehicle is purchased they are very customer oriented
