This was a terrible experience. I could write a short story on the mess this dealership put me in. I bought a new car in 2022 then traded in the same year for a bigger and cheaper car because my family size changed. I was lied to by the salesman the day I traded, lied to by both finance managers.Ill spare their names. I have brought my car into that dealership 37 times since September of 2023. I have been on the side of road needing a tow twice. I have a $30,000 car that half works. The owner will refuse to talk to customers no matter the need. I have escalated this higher. I would never recommend to purchase a vehicle through this dealer.

(reposting as 7/21/24 reply still hasn't uploaded) We appreciate your past business and feedback, but statements made in your review are not accurate and are very unfair to the employees who have bent over backwards trying to take care of your legitimate issues. Issues that were addressed and all covered under warranty. They even went to bat for you in getting a very large dollar value certificate from General Motors to help you get into another vehicle. The number of times your vehicle has been in our repair facility is in the single digits. Nowhere close to thirty-seven, and some of those visits included regular maintenance. We cannot do anything about current market values, negative equity, mileage depreciation, etc. Market factors combined with your very specific vehicle needs make it extremely difficult to put something together that works for both you and us, but we have been trying, nonetheless. No one has lied to you. There is no hidden anything. Everything we do during a sale is laid out very clearly, and you reviewed and signed all the documents pertaining to your purchase. I have never refused to talk to anyone. Not one single person has told you that. Regardless, Landon, who spent many hours on this, along with other employees are fully capable of handling customers’ issues, while keeping me informed of any unusual situation. That is exactly what they did here and what they always do. I think you’d be hard-pressed to find a group of people more concerned with taking care of their customers than here at Jim Cook Chevrolet GMC. We are more than happy to continue, within reason, to take care of you in service and in finding the right vehicle, but you are also more than welcome to seek out a store that can better meet your demands.
