I was greeted and asked who I was in very friendly way. She knew I was there to get my heater check. She showed me to the lounge area to wait. My wait was not too bad. I hate to keep saying she, but I cannot remember her name. But she came and told me they were finished in a very pleasant way. I went to the window to pay, and they were very pleasant as well. I am satisfied with the heat that now comes out of my heater when I turn the fan on.

Found a new trailblazer, on the lot. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I got a trailer hitch added to the vehicle and the service department went way above and beyond getting the vehicle in the shop to install it. Awesome dealership, highly recommend.

Service is quick n reasonably priced!! They also offer loaner cars, if your vehicle is going to be kept more than a day at the dealership!! The Sales dept stays busy, with the Chevrolet- GMC- Buick lines of vehicles from GM always with latest n sharpest ones available, mostly hand-picked by owner-general mgr. Steve Durhold, whom has years in the Automotive retail business! His knowledgeable sales staff, always ready to answer a customer's guestions n make that famous line come true!! It has been 86 days since my GMC was dropped off at Jim Cook for repair. Update: Our GMC has been with Jim Cooks for 119 days as of today. The part to fix our vehicle is still not being manufactured, so there is still no estimated time as to when we will be getting our GMC fixed :( We have updated our review to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ solely due to the efforts the folks at Jim Cooks are making to accommodate our needs while we continue to wait on the unknown ETA for a part to fix our GMC.
