I am much more pleased with my most recent, April 13th, experience. Each of my requests were handled in a responsible and professional manor. In December of 2018, I requested and paid for a tire rotation; however, once I got home, I realized this was not completed. Therefore, this past experience, on Saturday, was much more pleasant!

I get extremely emotional when I think of how Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick takes care of their Customers. I have been a customer with Jim Cook for nearly 9 years. I purchased my Hummer from Jim Cook Used in 2009. When I have issues with my vehicle they go up and above to get my vehicle in and worked on and they would get you put in a loaner car. When I call and tell them that I really need to get my vehicle in and they are booked they go up and above to get it fitted into their scheduling as well as mine. I am a strong supportive of this dealership and I stand behind them as they provide customer Service to their customers. Cynthia and The Service Team are #1 she has a very strong southern slang but its very comforting and welcoming and just make you want to hug her and squeeze her tight. I just love her. Please trust me when I say just stop on in and see them for yourself, I promise that you will get that Satisfactory Guaranteed. If I was able to give them more star ratings I will I drive about 75 miles to get to Marion and I have no regrets. I have sent several people to Jim Cook and they love them too.

Not only can I get my GM vehicles H-2,H-3T, n 75' Hurst-Olds- serviced here, but also my Toyota n my Jeep Cherokee!, Backed by an excellent parts Dept , the Cook mechanics are experienced, n knowledgeable on all makes n models of vehicles large n small!! Service is quick n reasonably priced!! They also offer loaner cars, if your vehicle is going to be kept more than a day at the dealership!! The Sales dept stays busy, with the Chevrolet- GMC- Buick lines of vehicles from GM always with latest n sharpest ones available, mostly hand-picked by owner-general mgr. Steve Durhold, whom has years in the Automotive retail business! His knowledgeable sales staff, always ready to answer a customer's guestions n make that famous line come true!! Drove around 10 hours to check out a car (5 there and 5 back) and it was completely worth it. I test drove the car and checked it all out without any pressure. Mike was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s features. I ended up buying the car and the price was exactly as mentioned. There was no fake fees or anything of the sort, just good honest people trying to sell cars.

Although I was ultimately unable to purchase a vehicle here, I was extremely impressed with the service Amy Rodriguez provided. She worked tirelessly to get me the best possible price and deal on the car I test drove. At NO point was Amy pushy or even suggestive. She allowed the vehicle to sell itself and established that she was there to help me find the right car for me! I truly appreciated her approach and will return in the future for sure. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would HIGHLY suggest you go see Amy for one!!

Halfway home my car started overheating. My coolant was low and after adding water it was still overheating. I managed to make it to this Chevy place at 5pm yesterday, having never been there before. In an hour, they had me back on the road. My radiator hose had a crack. They didn't have the correct size tubes, but were able to clamp new ones down to get me home. I had my dogs with me, they let us in the waiting room with them and offered them water and a lot of attention in all of their apprehension. I can't thank these ladies and gentlemen enough.

Took our 2007 Suburban to Jim Cooks. The check engine light was on and lost power. The man at service desk was extremely helpful and very nice. I explained that this was my only vehicle and could he help me out on getting it in and fixed. This was at 1:00 Thursday, at 10:30 Friday morning he called and said it was ready to go. And cost wasn't as bad as I thought. Would recommend Jim Cooks to anyone. Thanks Jim Cooks The Barrier family

If your looking to buy a new car this is the best place to go.they don't have that many options for used cars which I think could really help their sales but if your looking for a brand new car at the best prices with amazing warranties this is the best place in nc to go I've been all over the state and this is the best place to go they have the friendliest people best deals and will help you as much as possible even after the vehicle is purchased they are very customer oriented
