Scheduling my inspection appointment was very easy online. I appreciate that convenience! I was greeted promptly when I walked in, and the check-in process was quick. I was kept in the loop of the progress, and they let me know of a minor item that needed to be taken care of (wiper blades) and the estimated cost. Paying at the cashier's window was quick and I was out the door and on my way to my next errand with a smile.

Out of every single dealership experience I have ever had across several states and years this one has been the best by far. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement of gargantuan proportions. The staff, Mr. Pruett in particular, were so helpful and were able to assist us with the vehicle issue we experienced even though we arrived close to closing time. The vehicle we got acquainted with was perfectly clean, and seemed to be in great condition mechanically. I cannot accurately put into words how great an experience this was, they literally made us feel like family they hadn't seen in a while and were overjoyed to help us out. If anyone is looking for a pleasant dealership experience look no further, even if you need to make a bit of a drive! Well worth the time to visit for sure, the kids loved the little play area they have set up while the adults talk business as well!

The service dept. at the original dealer was less than helpful (to put it mildly) to try and resolve the issues. Having had a previous Chevy vehicle serviced at Jim Cook I decided to bring the truck in for them to try and diagnose / resolve. I am so thankful for these people!! Landon is my service manager, he went above and beyond to chase down what the issues were, including bringing in someone in from GM to drive and troubleshoot. They were in touch frequently and explained every step along the way. The shop is a busy one (understandably!!) but they worked tirelessly on my truck, I left there with great peace of mind. I can truly & honestly say, they have a customer for life after such a pleasant experience. I was a fool for not buying my truck from these wonderful people to begin with! Then you have service, Cynthia is a very great person who is always on top of everything in the service department, moving on to the parts department you have Casey and Tyler, great guys friendly and definitely on top of everything! In December of 2018, I requested and paid for a tire rotation; however, once I got home, I realized this was not completed. Therefore, this past experience, on Saturday, was much more pleasant!

I get extremely emotional when I think of how Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick takes care of their Customers. I have been a customer with Jim Cook for nearly 9 years. I purchased my Hummer from Jim Cook Used in 2009. When I have issues with my vehicle they go up and above to get my vehicle in and worked on and they would get you put in a loaner car. When I call and tell them that I really need to get my vehicle in and they are booked they go up and above to get it fitted into their scheduling as well as mine. I am a strong supportive of this dealership and I stand behind them as they provide customer Service to their customers. Cynthia and The Service Team are #1 she has a very strong southern slang but its very comforting and welcoming and just make you want to hug her and squeeze her tight. I just love her. Please trust me when I say just stop on in and see them for yourself, I promise that you will get that Satisfactory Guaranteed. If I was able to give them more star ratings I will I drive about 75 miles to get to Marion and I have no regrets. I have sent several people to Jim Cook and they love them too.
