We are on vacation and our truck broke down, we’re also pulling our fifth wheel! We were towed to dealership and was treated with nothing but kindness and concern. As someone who used to work there I can honestly and true fully tell you that this is hands down the best dealership in town! Starting with sales you have Lee, Jeremy, hunter, Al and can’t forget Gary, who are literally the best sales people I’ve ever met they are always on top of everything making sure there customers are happy and have what they need. Then you have service, Cynthia is a very great person who is always on top of everything in the service department, moving on to the parts department you have Casey and Tyler, great guys friendly and definitely on top of everything! Can’t forget the man himself Landon the service manager really great guy always staying busy and making sure everything is up to par. Can’t forget Harvey the alignment man who in my personal opinion is the best alignment man in this town, he knows his stuff and is very good at his job.I always recommend my friends and family to come here because they have service that is unmatched by anyone else. I get extremely emotional when I think of how Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick takes care of their Customers. I have been a customer with Jim Cook for nearly 9 years. I purchased my Hummer from Jim Cook Used in 2009. When I have issues with my vehicle they go up and above to get my vehicle in and worked on and they would get you put in a loaner car. When I call and tell them that I really need to get my vehicle in and they are booked they go up and above to get it fitted into their scheduling as well as mine. I am a strong supportive of this dealership and I stand behind them as they provide customer Service to their customers. Cynthia and The Service Team are #1 she has a very strong southern slang but its very comforting and welcoming and just make you want to hug her and squeeze her tight. I just love her. Please trust me when I say just stop on in and see them for yourself, I promise that you will get that Satisfactory Guaranteed. If I was able to give them more star ratings I will I drive about 75 miles to get to Marion and I have no regrets. I have sent several people to Jim Cook and they love them too.
