I brought my car here to fix because businesses in this town aren't good with trouble shooting what's wrong with your axels and why your car is going through rotors and shakes. My car now drives better than it did when I bought it. it was worth the money I spent to get it fixed considering what I put into my car at the other places. Marion tire, did not put a bolt back in my brake caliber and there is no way it could fall out because of how it is placed against the rotor and it messed my brand new rotor up. My husband called and told them about it and he was told that they couldn't prove it was their mistake, like it could come out on its own, not!!...Ummm that's why I'm bringing my car to Jim Cook for now on.

Just bought a new 2021 Silverado 2500 HD. The whole buying process could not have gone any easier. I usually deal with Bill Gatton of Bristol, TN but, not anymore. The good people at Jim Cook Chevrolet, namely Leah and Allen made the difference! The whole process was extremely transparent and as other people have said, honest with no surprises. Leah had everything ready and when it came time to sign the Financials, Allen had us a better rate than originally quoted, from 3.29% to 1.79% for 72 months!!! We find the team here to be the most Friendly and Professional people to associate with as we have ever known as we use only GM service for both vehicles. My husband and I were camping in Marion the first part of September and, unfortunately, had a problem with our Chevrolet Silverado truck. We were referred to Jim Cook Chevrolet and we cannot say enough about the excellent staff and service that we received that day (9-9-2020). Our problem was a bit worse than first anticipated, but the service staff and receptionists all stayed an extra hour after closing to accommodate us since we had no family or friends to come pick us up and bring us back the following morning once the job was complete. We definitely would go back to Jim Cook’s at any time we are in the Marion, NC area if we are having vehicle issues.... they were amazing!!!

I get extremely emotional when I think of how Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick takes care of their Customers. I have been a customer with Jim Cook for nearly 9 years. I purchased my Hummer from Jim Cook Used in 2009. When I have issues with my vehicle they go up and above to get my vehicle in and worked on and they would get you put in a loaner car. When I call and tell them that I really need to get my vehicle in and they are booked they go up and above to get it fitted into their scheduling as well as mine. I am a strong supportive of this dealership and I stand behind them as they provide customer Service to their customers. Cynthia and The Service Team are #1 she has a very strong southern slang but its very comforting and welcoming and just make you want to hug her and squeeze her tight. I just love her. Please trust me when I say just stop on in and see them for yourself, I promise that you will get that Satisfactory Guaranteed. If I was able to give them more star ratings I will I drive about 75 miles to get to Marion and I have no regrets. I have sent several people to Jim Cook and they love them too.

Not only can I get my GM vehicles H-2,H-3T, n 75' Hurst-Olds- serviced here, but also my Toyota n my Jeep Cherokee!, Backed by an excellent parts Dept , the Cook mechanics are experienced, n knowledgeable on all makes n models of vehicles large n small!! Service is quick n reasonably priced!! They also offer loaner cars, if your vehicle is going to be kept more than a day at the dealership!! The Sales dept stays busy, with the Chevrolet- GMC- Buick lines of vehicles from GM always with latest n sharpest ones available, mostly hand-picked by owner-general mgr. Steve Durhold, whom has years in the Automotive retail business! His knowledgeable sales staff, always ready to answer a customer's guestions n make that famous line come true!! We had an unpleasant experience Saturday 5/11/13 with Jim Cook Chevrolet. After my friend told salesman Joey Greene that we were going to take the truck that he looked at a couple days earlier, Lloyd took the time to remove his bed cover on the truck he was trading in, clean out his truck, take it to the car wash....only to arrive in Marion and see they let someone test drive it and then they let "US" wait around till they made the deal with that other person. He was told the truck was still available and Joey knew he was coming in. It's all about money and I'm sure they made a better deal for themselves. It was absolutly the wrong thing to do as we were right there and had already made the deal for the truck. So if it happened to him it can happen to you. They are not reliable, not reputable, not true to their word...basically to hell with you if they can make a better deal for themselves. We will never go by there to try to trade with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Scheduling my inspection appointment was very easy online. I appreciate that convenience! I was greeted promptly when I walked in, and the check-in process was quick. I was kept in the loop of the progress, and they let me know of a minor item that needed to be taken care of (wiper blades) and the estimated cost. Paying at the cashier's window was quick and I was out the door and on my way to my next errand with a smile.
