We have been in Marion, NC for 17 months. I have a company truck and a Duramax Silverado that Jim Cooks team has serviced for us the entire time, as needed. We find the team here to be the most Friendly and Professional people to associate with as we have ever known as we use only GM service for both vehicles. They Always perform the services asked for , if service is not needed at the time , you will be informed as to not pay the extra cost. They remember our names and treat us as friends they have always known. We also purchased and had a “Roll -N- Loc” bed cover installed there and are very satisfied with price and installation.
