Bought a car there in March staff was so friendly, but didnt get the extended warranty because I wanted to make sure could afford a 4 to $500 monthly payment which would include extended warranty. Went back in June to get warranty and was told first due to mileage over 100,000 couldn't get one then was offered one but it was going to be almost $3,000 upfront. Moral of story ALWAYS GET YOUR WARRANTY THE FIRST TIME.

Took our 2007 Suburban to Jim Cooks. The check engine light was on and lost power. The man at service desk was extremely helpful and very nice. I explained that this was my only vehicle and could he help me out on getting it in and fixed. This was at 1:00 Thursday, at 10:30 Friday morning he called and said it was ready to go.
