My sister and I recently purchased a used Chevy Silvarado 1500 truck from Jim Cook Chevrolet. Our experience with them was excellent. Our salesperson Courtney was friendly and super efficient, which we appreciated. We also had brief interactions with Jeremy the sales manager who provided us excellent service as well. Alan in finance was also friendly and efficient. Overall we were provided the very best in customer service from everyone who assisted us with the purchase process. Five stars indeed. Our new truck is super clean and wonderful, and we couldn't be happier. And we got it at what we believe to be a very reasonable price compared to similar trucks in the market.
