Had a very odd situation with a car recently, and the service at Jim Cook was phenomenal. I’ve had terrible dealings with another local dealer, so I wanted to give another service center a try, and I’m glad I did. Drove around 10 hours to check out a car (5 there and 5 back) and it was completely worth it. I test drove the car and checked it all out without any pressure.
