Mark and Josh were truly amazing! I recently drove almost 3 hours to their dealership to purchase a vehicle, and they had everything ready and waiting for me when I got there! I recently purchased a truck from Jim Cook Chevrolet and I am extremely happy with the buying process. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Josh, salesman, was extremely helpful, met me in the parking lot when I came to pick the truck up, had all the paperwork prepared, and even helped me load the truck on my trailer. Mark, sales manager, was most helpful and streamlined the buying process. Alan in finance was great to work with. I have purchased vehicles from some of the big dealerships in the Charlotte area and the buying process turns into a one big sales pitch for extended warranties and service plans, they hard sell it and make the buying process painful. At Jim Cook no one tried to hard sell me and I am pleased with my experience here. I will definitely do business with Jim Cook Chevrolet again! THE BEST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!! This was the easiest and most laid back car purchase I've ever had. Our salesman, and manager was the kindest, and sweetest people ever!!! Told them what I wanted to keep my payment at and they some how got it way under my budget with an awesome interest rate. They WAS NOT pushy AT ALL like most are. Came in to get a truck from them that I found on their inventory list online. Everyone was friendly and professional. The general sales manager (Mark), and I got along immediately as having both served in the armed forces. Our sales person (Courtney) put the deal together for us with no problems. Financing went smoothly and had top tier percentage rates offered. Everything went well and we left in the new truck. My brother was with us and he also looked at another truck and returned the next morning and traded from his Subaru Outback into a 1500 Chevy Z71. So, we as a family picked up two vehicles over a weekend from this good group of people.
