I recently purchased a truck from Jim Cook Chevrolet and I am extremely happy with the buying process. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Josh, salesman, was extremely helpful, met me in the parking lot when I came to pick the truck up, had all the paperwork prepared, and even helped me load the truck on my trailer. Mark, sales manager, was most helpful and streamlined the buying process. Alan in finance was great to work with. I have purchased vehicles from some of the big dealerships in the Charlotte area and the buying process turns into a one big sales pitch for extended warranties and service plans, they hard sell it and make the buying process painful. At Jim Cook no one tried to hard sell me and I am pleased with my experience here. I will definitely do business with Jim Cook Chevrolet again! I called around for several days to some of the bigger fleet dealers in the South East and they all said I was looking for a needle in a haystack, but Jim Cook Chevy had the exact truck that our business needed on the lot. I get extremely emotional when I think of how Jim Cook Chevrolet Buick takes care of their Customers. I have been a customer with Jim Cook for nearly 9 years. I purchased my Hummer from Jim Cook Used in 2009. When I have issues with my vehicle they go up and above to get my vehicle in and worked on and they would get you put in a loaner car. When I call and tell them that I really need to get my vehicle in and they are booked they go up and above to get it fitted into their scheduling as well as mine. I am a strong supportive of this dealership and I stand behind them as they provide customer Service to their customers. Cynthia and The Service Team are #1 she has a very strong southern slang but its very comforting and welcoming and just make you want to hug her and squeeze her tight. I just love her. Please trust me when I say just stop on in and see them for yourself, I promise that you will get that Satisfactory Guaranteed. If I was able to give them more star ratings I will I drive about 75 miles to get to Marion and I have no regrets. I have sent several people to Jim Cook and they love them too.
