From the first phone conversation to the signing of the papers very professional, curtious and friendly . Believe m.j e I have dealt with a lot if car salesmen in my life and they take the gold.so respectful . Never pushy. No pressure. They provide useful information then allow you the time to make a decision. Thank you both for being there on 6/ 8 we bought a Colorado truck and surprized my son for father's day. It was an awesome experience.

Jim Cook's is a clean facility with a great selection of vehicles. A staff member named Jeremy was so courteous as to reach out to us immediately after a visit we paid where things didn't go for us ( my husband and myself ) as we'd planned. Jeremy spoke with me about what may have happened and extended courtesy on our behalf in order to resolve our issues. He wanted to help us find what we were looking for. I'd say Jim Cook's is an honest and hard-working business who care about their customers and are willing to go beyond the standard level of customer service to provide their best.
