I recently purchased a truck from Jim Cook Chevrolet and I am extremely happy with the buying process. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Josh, salesman, was extremely helpful, met me in the parking lot when I came to pick the truck up, had all the paperwork prepared, and even helped me load the truck on my trailer. Mark, sales manager, was most helpful and streamlined the buying process. Alan in finance was great to work with. I have purchased vehicles from some of the big dealerships in the Charlotte area and the buying process turns into a one big sales pitch for extended warranties and service plans, they hard sell it and make the buying process painful. At Jim Cook no one tried to hard sell me and I am pleased with my experience here. I will definitely do business with Jim Cook Chevrolet again! I called around for several days to some of the bigger fleet dealers in the South East and they all said I was looking for a needle in a haystack, but Jim Cook Chevy had the exact truck that our business needed on the lot. Had a very odd situation with a car recently, and the service at Jim Cook was phenomenal. I’ve had terrible dealings with another local dealer, so I wanted to give another service center a try, and I’m glad I did. Landon and Mike kept me in the loop about my repair, and the rest of the service team had me back in my car sooner than I thought. I’ll be giving them my business in the future.
