It was probably the easiest car/ truck buying experience that I have ever had. Initial test drive was courteous and low pressure. I negotiated price mainly over the phone, and Jim Cook held to our agreed upon offer; no surprises. The staff was incredible friendly in a very authentic way. This place truly has a family feel. Getting approved for financing, setting up my insurance coverage on the new truck, and signing all of the paperwork with finance took only about an hour-and-a-half, which is pretty remarkable in my experience. I received a great deal on my new truck and an experience that didn’t leave my head spinning. The included 10yr/ 100,000 mile Powertrain warranty was icing on the cake. Out of every single dealership experience I have ever had across several states and years this one has been the best by far. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement of gargantuan proportions. The staff, Mr. Pruett in particular, were so helpful and were able to assist us with the vehicle issue we experienced even though we arrived close to closing time. The vehicle we got acquainted with was perfectly clean, and seemed to be in great condition mechanically. I cannot accurately put into words how great an experience this was, they literally made us feel like family they hadn't seen in a while and were overjoyed to help us out. If anyone is looking for a pleasant dealership experience look no further, even if you need to make a bit of a drive! Well worth the time to visit for sure, the kids loved the little play area they have set up while the adults talk business as well!

Parts not readily available. Scheduled Oil Change and dealership failed to make sure all the needed parts to perform the Job were on Hand. This caused delay and getting the vehicle back in a timely manner
