I’ve had nothing but the best experience at Jim Cook. I traded my previous vehicle for my very first GMC and my salesman Gary was wonderful. I had an issue a few months after I purchased the vehicle and even though they didn’t need to do anything about it (outside of warranty) the service manager Landon went out of his way to take the best care of me and the entire situation. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one thing that has upset me is the fact that the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. You pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle and then you're informed if you want an owner's manual you need to pay $80. I do not want to have to go to my cell phone to learn how to operate my new vehicle. If I had known this I would not have purchased the vehicle.

Taken care of in a timely manner. I am learly of the place, though, since my last visit was a nightmare. I only went there because I purchased the tires there. Had I not purchased them there, I would have gone elsewhere.
