Scheduling my inspection appointment was very easy online. I appreciate that convenience! I was greeted promptly when I walked in, and the check-in process was quick. I was kept in the loop of the progress, and they let me know of a minor item that needed to be taken care of (wiper blades) and the estimated cost. Paying at the cashier's window was quick and I was out the door and on my way to my next errand with a smile.

Parts not readily available. Scheduled Oil Change and dealership failed to make sure all the needed parts to perform the Job were on Hand. This caused delay and getting the vehicle back in a timely manner

I got an email about service needed and was about to schedule online which was nice. When my car needed a part that wouldn't be in until hours later, they had someone who worked there drive me home so I didn't need to wait there. He offered to pick me up later when the work was done also. He and everyone there was very friendly.
